In case of trouble, it’s necessary to know your Device ID. Locate your device platform below and follow the instructions.

Roku

  1. Press the * button on your remote
  2. Scroll to the bottom for the “Information” option and click OK

FireTV

  1. On the side navigation. Click on information icon
  2. Locate Your Device ID

appleTV

  1. Long Press on any thumbnail
  2. Tap on Software Information

LG

  1. Press the blue button on your remote
  2. Scroll to the bottom for the “About the App” option and click OK

Vizio

  1. Press ‘0’ button on your remote
  2. Scroll to the bottom for the “About the App” option and click OK

Comcast

  1. Press the “A” button on the remote to open up the “Options menu”
  2. Select the “About” option from the menu as shown below
  3. The “About” screen with your device information will be opened up. You can select “close” from top or press “back” on remote to close this screen.

Windows/Xbox

  1. On the top navigation. Select About
  2. Locate Device ID

iOS/Android

  1. Open the app and select any content group
  2. Upon entering your selection, scroll all the way down and select Privacy
  3. Tap on the blue dots on the top-right corner
  4. This will make the “i” icon visible. Tap on it.
  5. Your device ID will be shown on the left side of your screen
